We want you to love your MJFASHION sarees! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original price tags, Silk Mark certificates, and packaging must remain intact.
• Unstitched blouse pieces attached to the saree must not be cut or altered.

Initiating a return or exchange is fast and hassle-free:

1. Email our support team at support@mjfashion.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Our customer care team will approve your request within 24 hours and arrange reverse pickup where available.
3. Once inspected at our boutique warehouse, your refund or exchange item will be dispatched immediately.

Once your returned saree passes quality inspection:

• Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed back to your credit card / bank account within 3-5 business days.
• Store Credit: Alternatively, choose instant store credit valid for 12 months on any product.

Every saree undergoes strict quality checks prior to shipping. In the rare event you receive a damaged or wrong saree, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We will arrange an immediate free replacement or full refund including shipping charges.
